• Instant Orders: Typically delivered within 30-45 minutes from the time of order confirmation.
• Pre-Orders: Delivered at your requested time slot.
• Daily Meal Plans: Delivered as per the scheduled breakfast/lunch/dinner slots.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges vary based on distance and order value:

• A standard delivery fee applies for orders within a 5km radius.
• Free Delivery is available for orders above a specific threshold (e.g., ₹500 or more).
• All charges are clearly shown in the cart before you complete the payment.

4. Non-Delivery Scenarios

If a delivery cannot be made due to an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or locked gates, the order will be marked as "Failed Delivery". Since items are fresh and perishable, no refunds will be provided for such cases. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive the order.
