Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Since we deal in perishable food items, cancellations are only possible under the following conditions:

  • The order can be cancelled within **10 minutes** of placing it, provided the kitchen has not started preparing it.
  • For pre-orders or subscriptions, cancellations must be made at least **24 hours** in advance.
  • Mithra Sri Foods reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock unavailability or delivery issues). In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

2. Refunds

Refunds will be initiated in the following scenarios:

  • The order was cancelled by us due to unavailability or technical issues.
  • The items delivered were damaged, tampered with, or significantly different from the description.
  • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part.

Note: Refund processing may take **5-7 business days** to reflect in your original payment method.

3. Returns

4. Modification of Orders

Modifications to items or delivery addresses can only be requested via phone call within **5 minutes** of order placement.
